For Medical Escort (Round Trip)
- The minimum visit duration required is 2 hours and above.
- For visits that end in less 2 hour,100% of the 2- hour service fee will be charged to customer.
- A mileage claim of RM 0.60/km or e-hailing claim(e.gtaxi grab) submitted by the care professional for the purposes of escorting your loved one to and to the destination will be charged to the customer.
- The standard transport fee is waived for this service.
