Is there additional fees involved apart from what’s state above (Transport, etc)
Do not that the transportation fee is not included in the pricing plans above unless otherwise stated.
For Personal Care ,Nursing Care, Nursing Procedures, and Therapy Services.
- A transport fee (ranges from RM 15 – RM 20 depending on your location ) will be applied .
Waiver for transporting fee applies for visit duration that is book 4 hour and above (per trip ).
For Medical Escort Services (Round Trip )
- A mileage claim of RM 0.60/km or an e-hailing claim (e.g. taxi ,Grab) submitted by the Care Professional for the purposes of escorting you loved one to and from the destination will be charged to the customer.for both round trip or drop-off/pick-up.
- The standard transport fee will not be applicable for this service .
For Medical Escort Services (pick up/drop off) - A mileage claim of RM 0.060/ km or an e-hailing claim(e.g.taxi ,grab) submitted by the care professional for the purpose of escorting you loved one to and from the destination will be charged to the customer.for both round or drop – off /pick up.
- A standard transport fee (ranges between RM15-RM20 depending on your location) will be applied.
All items or medical materials must be provided before the visit .
Are the rates the same across weekdays and Weekends?
Yes, all RN GLOBAL rate are the same whether it is day or night care ,weekdays or weekends and even on public holidays .
What does ‘Pay Per Hour” mean?
Compared to other nursing services providers in the market requiring one to lock down a minimum duration,you can engage our services from 1 hour onwards according to your own flexibility.
What are RN GLOBAL nursing services packages?
We have short term and longer term nursing services packages with varying care duration so that you and your loved one can find a care package which best fits your needs and preferences.Our nursing services packages can also help you save up 20% for multiple care sessions.

Can 1 private nurse care for 2 patient at the same time ?
To ensure you or your loved one receives undivided attention and care ,we advise one (1) care professional for each person in your home who requires support.Our dedicated care professional can better accommode your needs and preference. If there are 2 individuals in the same home who needs care , a care Professional would be present to care for each patient respectively.
